Go/No-Go Test Rings

  • Go/No-Go Rings are used to check that Restrained Electrical Plugs (Mining plugs) meet Australian Standards for flame proof safety.

Partial Break Hammer

  • The Partial Break Hammer physically manipulates the cable while tests are conducted with the Partial Break Testing unit. The cable is drawn through the unit (in the same way as it is with the cable handler) with an additional mechanical agitation. This allows the test to detect faults that would otherwise be undetected when the cable is laid flat.

    • 1.5KW 415V Motor coupled to a flange mounted gearbox with a 10:1 reduction
